Resources

These resources represent the outputs of the Conexus project. This includes accessible knowledge on how to restore natural ecosystems; improve the quality of life in and around cities; and support collaboration between Latin America and Europe.

What are Nature-based Solutions?

To further build awareness and understanding of the globally adopted definition of nature-based solutions Conexus developed a video that communicates the definition clearly through text and imagery. The videos are available in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

The video was co-produced by Conexus partners led by Grupo Verde, LALI, Oppla and The University of Sheffield.

Nature-based solutions definition infographics

Conexus has developed two infographics that communicate the globally agreed definition of nature-based solutions adopted by the UN Environment Assembly in March 2022. The infographics are available in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

The infographics were shared at COP15 in Montreal under a Creative Commons Attribution Licence so they can be freely used and adapted.
